This region develops in the Bulandshahr space at the largest Noida point. Noida Authority awarded a contract for development of eighty villages near Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor into new Noida. The move is intended to help the Nodia authority with the land crisis issue and on the other hand, these villages will develop much faster. Since the Noida agency has been given responsibility for the development of 80 villages along the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), the agency is already censuring various departments in this regard.
